Training employees is the first step to improving performance. However, in order to create lasting change and sustained growth in the company we need to focus on retention of training. If retention of training is not done, the positive effects of the training will soon wash away. How can you ensure that training conducted is retained by the participants and not wasted?

A few of the methods to improve training are listed below:

The training provided needs to be relevant. By delivering training that is relevant and according to the context, better training performance can be guaranteed.
