If you are leading a team, motivating your team can be challenging.
\nHowever, this skill is learnable and you can also improve this skill by

1. Supportive Envoirment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

An Envoirment which supports team work will motivate team members
\nto participate and contribute to the achievement of shared goals.<\/p>\n

2. Sharing Your Vision:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sharing your vision with your team members is the key to your success
\nas a team leader.<\/p>\n

3. Positive Feedback:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Giving the positive feedback, by moving around the work place, talking
\nto the team members, listening to them and also appreciating them will
\nmotivate them.<\/p>\n

4. Importance of Individual contributions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Making them realize the importance of their work and how they are
\nindividually contributing to the success of the company.

Getting to know your team members and listening to their problems and

\ngreat leaders led by showing the way to their team members.

Allowing the team members to learn new skills by providing them
