Supportive Envoirment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An Envoirment which supports team work will motivate team members<br \/>\nto participate and contribute to the achievement of shared goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Sharing Your Vision:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sharing your vision with your team members is the key to your success<br \/>\nas a team leader.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Positive Feedback:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Giving the positive feedback, by moving around the work place, talking<br \/>\nto the team members, listening to them and also appreciating them will<br \/>\nmotivate them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
