The CEO of the company is green-brained. (Works in Chaotic fashion) He hires an IT Manager to revamp the IT department. (Purple-brained, requires a lot of detail before taking action)
One month passed away and the IT manager did not do much work. Another month passed and still, the IT manager is studying the system and gathering information but not taking any action. The CEO calls the IT manager calls the IT manager into his office and tells him to start the implementation he was hired for. The IT manager comes to the CEO's office and shows him detailed manuals of problems with solutions, including hardware and software changes. The CEO appreciates the IT manager for his fantastic work.
